Hydraforce
HydraForce cartridge valves control the direction, flow and pressure of oil within a machine’s hydraulic system. Their compact size and flexibility make them an excellent choice for motion control applications in both mobile and industrial equipment. Cartridge valves are screwed or flanged into a hydraulic manifold block to create a main control unit or a hydraulic integrated circuit (HIC).
Hydraulic control circuits using cartridge valves can be easily adapted to handle multiple functions, higher or lower flow rates and pressure levels by simply changing the size or design of the cartridges within the manifold. Automated electronic control can be easily integrated into solenoid or proportional cartridge valves by connecting a valve driver or wiring an electronic control unit to the coil.
HydraForce offers a wide range of hydraulic cartridge valves, including solenoid valves, proportional and electro-proportional valves, directional control valves, flow control valves, pressure control valves and load-holding valves.
HydraForce valves can handle flow rates from 0 to 189 lpm (0–50 gpm).
Thanks to HydraForce electronic controls, the power of electro-hydraulics can be easily added to any application. HydraForce proportional valve drivers, electronic controllers, remote access units, operator interfaces and sensors are specifically designed to withstand the harsh operating conditions of mobile hydraulic applications.
